My Journey
My Sensitivity
My path has always been centred on healing and being more present in my body. I have always been highly sensitive and empathetic, and I have spent much of my life frozen and shut down, feeling that life was too harsh and overwhelming, compounded by multiple physical health challenges.
I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue at 19, and it persisted on and off for decades. I spent much of my earlier years desperately trying to heal, studying and practising psychology, nutrition and mind-body medicine to try to figure it out and fix myself. Along the way, I discovered that the mind and body are not separate and began using mind-body techniques. But they were only partly helpful.
In my forties, a psychologist told me I was carrying a lot of trauma. I didn’t understand where it came from, but I began working with a somatic experiencing practitioner, which changed my life. I started to thaw out and reconnect with my body. I came off thyroid medication, and my health improved dramatically. However, that was when the inner work really began!
My Awakening Journey
I became aware that most of the trauma I was carrying stemmed from other lifetimes and from my ancestors, and I began a descent into the body to heal and bring back into inner union all those hidden and separated parts. I had to go down into the shadowy depths, do years of inner work, move through many dark nights, initiations, clearings, emotional releases, purges, unravellings and rebirths, and devote myself to my transformational journey, which still continues!
The depth of this journey has helped me develop the courage, fortitude, and strength to facilitate healing, hold space, and bring compassion to those on their healing and awakening journeys.
Through all of this, I was guided inwards to dive deeper into my heart, and when I did, magic began to unfold. I began by entering heart coherence, and as I deepened into this space, I discovered that my heart was like a central intelligence system where my physical body and my vast, uncontainable beingness merged. I began to sense that within the heart, all comes into union.
My Light Language and Energy Healing
I have always felt a deep connection to and love for nature and our Earth, and I am passionate about plants and wildlife gardening. I was never interested in aliens or sci-fi, so it came as a dramatic surprise when I began to remember that I am not just human! I started to see many different energies, beings and Angels. I became aware of my Angelic and cosmic aspects that merged with me, along with the team of Archangels, ascended masters and cosmic beings partnering with me. I began to open up to my gifts of working with energies, having many mystical and cosmic experiences, and traversing dimensions.
One day, out of the blue, after I had been dancing, I started speaking what I now know as light language, or light codes. It was like a tap turned on full, and it has never turned off. I became aware that I was a portal for light codes, bringing many varied frequencies to Earth to be of service.
My Embodiment
The more I healed and opened my heart, the more I embodied. I began to feel deep inner adjustments inside my body as my light body started to merge with my energetic and physical bodies, creating a stronger connection to my higher self and Source/God, becoming a ‘house of God’ in this body. This process shifted from knowing the light to living it, from feeling love to being the presence of love I came here to be. This is an ongoing journey into ever-deeper inner union, merging heaven on Earth in my body.
Throughout this journey, it became clear to me that my body is central to my spiritual evolution. Even though we are far more than our bodies, they are far more than we have been taught to believe. We may be from the stars, but we are not here to escape the body and our humanity. We are here to live on Earth as our cosmic nature, embracing the fullness of our human experience and then elevating within it. As we move through the ascension process in our bodies, we can hold higher frequencies within them and live as divine humans on Earth.
